About us.

My love for chocolate began as soon as my first chocolate cake baked in my Easy-Bake Oven came out of the oven... I was 4 years old then... My passion for tasting fine chocolates began in 1998 with the discovery of artisanal bars made from cocoa beans from a single source; what a joy to be able to compare, side by side, chocolate bars made with beans grown in Tanzania compared to others from Central America or Madagascar!!! Literally love at first sight when faced with the magnitude of the diversity of potential aromas and achievable textures!!!
Continually in search of exceptional chocolates, I became interested in the growth of the "Bean-to-Bar" movement and I began to taste everything I could find on the market...unconsciously nourishing the dream to make my own tablets myself.
It is with great pride that I now offer you my creations, which I hope will bring you all the comfort and satisfaction that they arouse in me.

Flavor Profile: Tropical Fruits - Pineapple, mango and passion fruit with a hint of brown sugar.

The cocoa beans used to make this bar come from an alliance between a family farm and a cooperative in the Chanthaburi province in eastern Thailand, on the border with Cambodia. Their aromatic profile is very particular, with notes of tropical fruits, notably pineapple and mango.
